Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email followed by a tracking number after it has been shipped.

ALL items are processed/ shipped within 24-48 HRS.

For PRE-ORDERS-please allow a total of 14 days latest for your order to arrive.

Please ensure the correct address is given, If the address stated is incorrect please email immediately with the subject “Address change”

Unfortunately if an email is not sent within 24 hours of the order date we will be unable to update it and will not be able to apply refund as your order may have been dispatched already.

To be eligible for an exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase. You have 14 days from the shipping date to exchange your purchase. 

* upon returning the item , our team will assess the condition it is in. Please note that if it is not in its original state we will be unable to exchange your item and it will be returned back to you.

*You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

*All items can only be returned/exchanged ONCE
