Verci London does not offer any refunds , we offer an exchange policy only 

To be eligible for an exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase. You have 14 days from the shipping date to exchange your purchase.

Damages and issues
